The three kit companies above have now merged and all products are now made in one factory. These kits are in our opinion make for a very good range of static kits. The kits themselves consists of wooden laser cut Frames in a beach ply with lime and walnut planking. Along with high detailed metal castings normally gilded brass . The hulls tend to be double planked with the inner binging lime so as to give the shape of the hull the outer binging a thin walnut plank to give the form .These kits also come with good plan sets and English instructions. 779 Uss Constitution 1797 known as Old Ironsides

Lovely scale model of the American ship “Constitution”. After two abortive attempts, she
was finally launched on 31st. December 1797. She became known as ‘Old Ironsides’ and continued in service until 1897 when she was towed back to the scene of her launching in
Boston and remains there as an American shrine and museum. A plank on frame construction, the
kit contains
Building plans with general details English instructions, lost wax brass castings walnut or lime planking, wooden masts and spars, brass and walnut fittings, etched brass details, rigging cord and silk flag. All sheet ply sections are laser cut for accuracy.
