Graupner Programmable sound module

The Soundswitch has been specially developed for RC modelling, and is designed to allow models to generate their characteristic running sounds, varying automatically according to the model's speed. In addition to the running sounds the module can reproduce up to sixteen different supplementary sound effects.
Automatic engine start, accelerate, stop, idle, brake andreversing sounds can also be reproduced. Four sound reproduction channels are available, i.e. a maximum of three supplementary sound effects can be reproduced at any one time in addition to the normal running sounds.
The set includes software which can be used to transfer your own recorded sounds to the module via a PC.
All sounds stored on the module can be modified at any time. Integral high-performance output stage for connection to a3 loudspeaker.
Seven switched outputs are available, for connection to LEDs, lamps, relays etc.; various lighting effects can also be exploited.
The Soundswitch is connected directly to the receiver, and detects the vehicle's running speed in parallel with the speed controller.

Navy Sound Modul Pt No 8270 For Use with F Series Robbe Radios
A sound module for model boats, containing six digitally stored original sounds. At any time a signal can be superimposed on the engine noise simultaneously, such as the Martins horn, foghorn, ship’s bell, typhoon or destroyer siren, without interrupting the sound of the diesel engine.
The diesel engine sound varies according to the speed of the drive motor, and features start-up and run-down sound phases.
The sound module features an integral 8-channel multi-switch decoder which is used to switch the individual sounds on and off.
A further two multi-switch switched channels are available for any purposes you wish, and can be used for direct control of auxiliary functions drawing up to 1 A (lights, anchor winch etc.). All inputs and outputs are protected against short-circuit and reverse polarity.
The sound module can be used with the earlier 6-channel and the current 8-channel robbe Multi-Switch modules, and also with other makes of similar unit.
